Bike the UK for MS presents the Sea to Sea, a captivating ride designed to raise funds, awareness, and hope for those living with MS. Together, we will embark on a remarkable adventure, spanning 150 miles from Whitehaven, Cumbria to Tynemouth.

From August 17th to 19th, our dedicated team of 20 passionate cyclists will set off on the three-day expedition. This challenging route will take us through the tough hills of the Northern Lake District, followed by the open and hilly Pennines, before descending into the vibrant city of Newcastle. Picture yourself riding alongside the picturesque River Tyne, soaking in the city's energy as you approach the finish line. The Sea to Sea journey will test our limits and reward us with unforgettable moments.

Our purpose is clear - to raise vital funds and awareness for those living with MS. With every pedal stroke, we aim to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals affected by this challenging disease. Together, we will support local MS groups across the UK, in partnership with the esteemed MS Society.
